lollam.com provides a software service for creating and managing Digital Product Passport data and related features.
2. Accounts
You are responsible for accurate account information and for protecting your credentials. You must not use the service unlawfully or attempt to compromise it.
3. Subscriptions
Plans are billed according to the price shown at checkout. Subscription status is handled through PayPal and may be subject to PayPal terms. Taxes or charges required by applicable law may apply.
4. Customer content
You retain responsibility for the legality, accuracy and rights associated with content you upload. You grant us only the permissions reasonably necessary to operate the service.
5. Availability
We aim to keep the service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
6. Suspension and termination
We may suspend access where reasonably necessary for security, abuse, non-payment or legal compliance. You may cancel according to the applicable cancellation policy.
